Just a heads up on the chatting here. I think if you start chatting with people as discussions you will find a lot of your discussion, errr chatting, will get deleted along with your earnings. They have a messaging system that is meant for that. Instead find a good topic to discuss and start chatting about that, not just chit-chatting. I am sure that would come back and bite you in the behind. :)
