Hi Everyone!
This morning I have an appointment to our head in our office. I meet her because we have a problem regarding to our enrollment. I don't want to elaborate all about our discussions. The time we've meet is 8:00 in the morning. Now, I wake at 7:30 so i need to hurry up just to arrived in the time we've set.
When I'm in the jeepney,200 meters a distance
, its already traffic and its time consuming. I need to walk just to reach the office, its not really far as I can't. When I'm walking I dont have umbrella so I really expose to the sun. 5 minutes exposure I think, my head goes to break. Headache... The reaction as what i feel, it is in the sun exposure?
I need you idea! Thank you
Happy Mylotting!

Hi mymaria...
You are absolutely right.
Increased sun exposure can cause headaches.
When you are very sensitive to strong sunlight, blood vessels in the brain dilate
and cause a rise in your skin temperature. As a result you get pain.
Even glaring at the sun can cause a headache if the eyes get irritated.
These are some tips which especially help you to get rid of this sun-induced
headache:
1.Sip cool water
2.Take bath
3.You can wrap a cold towel on your forehead.
4.Stay indoors in a cool and dark place.
To avoid such headache in future:
1.Wear big hats when you go out or carry an umbrella.
2.Wear big sunglasses or cover your head with a light white cloth.
3.Stay hydrated and as far as possible stay indoors!!!

If I stand for too long or walk for many hours in the sun then I am bound to get a severe headache at the end of the day, I have been having so in the past, but here it is mainly the snow which makes me get headaches and I just hate to have headaches. Maybe in you case is the Sun rays or maybe you did not eat in time also and you are getting gastric problem, check with your doctor.
