What is the criterion to be your friend?

Good Day everyone!
I believe that everyone will have a criterion on friends. I mean there are certain kind of people that you don't want to make friends with. Like those who is greedy, who is heartless, who is irresponsible.
For me, to me my frined need to be: honest, sincerely, we have something in common, willing to helo each other!
What about you?

For me a friend can be anyone as long as we share the same interests.
But to be a good friend they need to be honest, and generally care about me.

Thanks for responding my discussion. I think you are right, there is difference between normal friend and good friend.
