Where have you gone on dates?

I usually go to dinner, sometimes a club, sometimes out for coffee or just somewhere to talk.

Hmmm, haven't really been anywhere out of the norm. It's mostly going to dinner, or movies, or to a concert. I guess just anywhere as long as we can spend time together. :)
