Do you like to eat Mie instant or any kind of instant food ?

I really a fan of mie instant, i love it since it is so cheap and really easy to cook. Just put some boiled water in it and you got your food served. I ate instant food almost everyday, Well it is not my main food of course but somehow almost everyday i'll boiled one or two packs of mie instant. i love the chicken favor. How about you guys. How often did you eat instant food ? Do you think it is healthy ?
