How to Get paid By Paypal in not supported Countries

Hi members!
Paypal is the most trusted processer at that time.people like to use paypal processor for thier security.but i am belonging to such a country which is not supported by paypal.how i can getpaid by Paypal.have any one some ideas or such a experince.
