What do you think of the sprint instinct phone?

I am thinking of getting the instinct by sprint, but i dont know anyone who has one. So any input you could give me would be great.

Friend has phone. It's a really good phone, but I hate sprint. They always messed up my bills and then you got to argue with them until they admit their wrong.
