How many of you have a facebook account?!

I am also a facebooker...haha...well partly i am facebooking because my friends asked me to join an back then was the time when friendster was quite famous.So since everyone is leaving friendster for facebook so why not make a change as well. But i do think that mylot has a lot of advantages too as compared to other sites such as friendster and facebook.We can make friends here and also chat with each other while voicing out our ideas in discussions.

I agree Facebook has the the fast website growing ever I used, I think its content which can be modified with members, and frequent update make it very powerful community and social website. I think this is very good idea to invite your facebook friends here to mylot, and to get referral, but you have to explain to them how this site work and to encourage them to use it, because for the first moment when someone open mylot web page, he/she would get lost.

God evening YazEid, I must confess, I have one account on facebook. And so do all my family without mum and dad...lol. I do not go in there everyday, only when someone have written some posts to me. I do not have the time, I rather prefer to surf4cash in Traffic Exchanges..it is more fun...lol

Honestly speaking, when I am doing activities here in mylot, anothe tab would be on for Facebook. Or vice versa. I can never choose between the two, but then both Facebook and mylot have different types of usage. mylot has a stronger set of community in my eyes and serious issues are discussed here. For keeping in touch with acquaintances, friends and family members, Facebook is useful. Also for the games. I am very involved with both. And on some days, when I'm very busy mylotting, I will neglect logging into mylot. Now my blog time has decreased because I'm keeping it just for videos and music and I've cut short my blogging time by being on Twitter. At the end of the day, I still have lots of time for mylot, on top of doing my real job. I love to skive and to me as long as I can time manage well, I can enjoy all the benefits these sites have to offer. Now, I'm thinking on getting serious back to writing articles and let's see whether I can squeeze in some time for that. Last but not least, it has never been a problem for me to get involved with mylot and Facebook. Since I only log on now on FB for quizzes and updating my Mafia Wars status jobs, doing gifting and waiting for the energy to replenish. And those boring moments waiting, mylot is the best answer for me. I believe all these sites should be used to our advantage and not vice versa. Good discussion here, Yazeid.

I use facebook and have been using facebook a look longer than I have been using mylot.

Yes I have a facebook account and i just love it.I just have so when i get to college i don't have to worry about making one . I also have an account because i have family i can talk to on there as well.But i still love mylot though.

I have been a member of Mylot less than 3 years ago and in Facebook just last year. I am much active here in Mylot than on FB, even haven't uploaded a picture of me there. FB is firewalled in my computer while Mylot can be logged in that is why I hanged out at Mylot. And the primary reason is that MYlot Pays but Facebook is not.

Yes I recently created a Facebook account.Earlier I had an orkut account.Now somehow I am not so keen on going onto these social networking sites as yet.I on and off go to my orkut account to check scraps etc.That is it.And I created a Facebook account just like that as someone had sent me a link to it.

Well, I did create a Facebook account but I haven't updated it ever since. I usually sign in once in a while to check what's going on with people I've lost contact with and to accept a few invites before logging back off. The only other thing that I use Facebook for is to play games. Their applications are really interesting and a good way to pass time. I still spend more time on Live Journal, though.

Hello guys. I have facebook about 8 month ago. But Im not an active facebooker and thanks for the info I didn't know that MyLot community was grown faster than facebook . I think it is a great way to monetize with both facebook and mylot account since both is a social media website so it is not difficult to making a traffic from facebook to mylot and vice versa. We can update or post a link in our facebook profile so that people from facebook will come through the link posted. and maybe they will be more excited since mylot is more to discussion and they get paid for discuss. You know we can found any issue regarding social life, economic, politics ,engineering or others in mylot since a lot of people discuss a lot of issue in the big conference group of people that are really expert or maybe poser,but the really good things is we are sharing our opinion and thought and you know sharing is more than just a caring, sharing is MyLot of caring. It's funny how I found this discussion right after i got off my facebook. Well, I was a facebook user before i was a myLot user. I don't think it affects my myLot participation in a bad way at all. I went on myLot this morning and got a little bored so I went to my facebook for a while and I decided to check back on myLot. If it weren't for facbook, I would have already logged off. I did not know myLot was here before facebook.! I wonder why is it bigger than myLot then. I guess it's due to the fact that everyone has their own online preferences. Maybe it's also because myLot takes 24 hours to update certain things. But either way, I like both, and I plan on sticking around a little longer.

Facebook is very popul;ar because you will meet there people from years back .I am a member because of that reason

i think facebook has been decalred the biggest social networking website in the world, it is the fastest growing social networking website and no doubt everyone wants to be part of the success, the website is good and i think i am enjoying the features particular seeing my friends and reading from them on daily basis

Yes, YazEid, I am on facebook, though it is not better than mylot, but atleast it lets you connect with your friends, here we don't realy know who anyone is and so can't find anyone we know becuase of all these nicknames, and then there is a certain chatt facility and its much better than orkut so i think we should be on facebook, it's not a paying site, but atleast it lets you connect instantly with your friends and family which are living far off. I use Facebook daily. I only use it for my music though. I post shows and use it to network with other bands. Sometimes I answer weird quizzes or comment on a photo. However, myLot has stolen my heart. This is just a great community of really kind and very funny people. I really can't remember how I found my way here but it might involve a wacko panda and some silly writing. I've not really started inviting that many people. I really use myLot as much as I can.

Ya, i have a Facebook account also, since three or four years ago. I guess that's the time when Facebook was just started and becoming more popular among the online community. However at the time i joined in Facebook i was not quite active and use it once in a while only. Soon, Facebook keeps improving and added in more and more new features, and it really attracts lots of new users. Many of my friends are also joined Facebook and i saw them quite enjoy using it. For myself, i'm not really used to the Facebook things and its applications. So, i was just log in once in a while to see any updates of my friends there. On the other hand, i joined myLot one month ago, and i found myLot has its own unique features and it's quite interesting to use and know new friends here too. I believe Facebook do not affect much my usage of myLot. I will still active here in myLot no matter what happens outside. Happy myLotting!

I actually have had my facebook account for a little while now. I had signed up but couldn't figure out how to use it until I familiarized myself with the site and how it works and now I use it everyday. I have found a few close friends on the site and I was amazed at how popular it was because almost all of my friends use it.

I do have Facebook Account. But I'm not too active in it. Actually, I have 2 Accounts in there. But Unfortunately, I forgot my password on the first account. So, I made a new one. Facebook is great and good!
