Almost all of us suffered from bad mood to good mood. How are you going to react if you are in the middle of a delcate and serious discussion and somebody crak a joke? Or somebody gave an opinion that is irrelevant? How about you met a person whom you doesn't want to meet? How will you react? Does your facial expression reveals your feelings at that very moment? Or you will just keep your smilling face but deep inside you are not happy? For me I sometimes cannot hide my feelings it will surely comes out with my facial expression but I try to keep my temper and my mouth. One of my friend suggested that I have to learn how to stop expressing my feelings through my facial expression for my nose will surely moves if I hear bad idea. How about you, do you have tips on how to hide your feelings on not showing it?

I personally feel that those with transparent faces cannot hide their expressions and I am one such person, tried many times to control my facial expressions but failed, so left trying at and remain an original one, at times it is good that others know how are you reacting and then they correct themselves.

hi sunita, I think you are right you don't have to change for others, you have to be you the original, We have to show others how we feel by our facial expression for them to know or for them to show signals that they are not making things right. We have to remeber that we are still human but we need also to express our feeling but in a humane way. Thanks can you be my friend?

I do not hide my facial expression , i just do not know how to do it. Everybody can easily tell from my face knowing that whether i am angry, sad or happy. I just don't smile when i am pissed off, laugh when i am sad, it is just not part of my skill or talent.
