Will the Manmohan Singh government make any change in India?

To me he is a good leader. He can change many things. Many new projects and more growth will be here. Our dream of India becomming a Developed country will happen soon

He sure is a man of great character, if not , Indians will not vote him into a second term and put his party into power again. No Indian P.M has ever done that winning that big in an election since the last few decades, he is the man that can lead India into a great future.
