how to get back on obnoxious customers without being notice

So here's the deal...I know customer is always right..but sometimes they overdemand to the point of abuse..for example I own a internet cafe and some customers act like they own the computers and they own you ....by demanding so much of your time and really stepping the boundary on the usage of computers me.. I just let them wait if they are so obnoxious...waiting for no reason...coz I'm just pretending to be busy...I guess that's it for me I could never tell them directly that they are obnoxious coz my business will suffer especially that i'm in the province so issues like that would spread like wildfire.. How about you? how do you deal with overdemanding customers? Are you one of those people who spit on customer's food hehe
