Why my laptop is costantly rebooting?

I dont have any more solution on my laptop. I get frustrated everytime Im on the net and my laptop goes out of no were. My last bought last 2008 and still brand new. Any opinion can be a big help to prevent my laptop autoshutdown indefinitely.

might be a virus, driver problem or hardware problem. update ur virus scanner and scan for viruses, update your hardware drivers and lastly check for over heats(if it overheating get a laptop cooler). do not overclock. have ur dealer check it.
