Are You A Proud Filipino?

Honestly... no. Im not ashamed to be considered as a Filipino, its just that I consider myself a Cebuano first. I stopped reading the national papers and reading the news because seeing the house or the senate 'investigate' something for free media points makes me die in the inside a little every time.

Having to live in a developing country and still having a smile on our faces; Having wonderful, beautiful people - both in terms of skills/talents/ingenuity and physical beauty; Excelling in whatever we put our hearts on :) It's wonderful to be a Filipino! And I have not even started on how good our food is! Thanks for the response on my discussion!

I love being Filipino. Filipinos are so versatile and very accommodating (although not me... hehehe). I just like the diversity in the philippines and everything about it. it is only when i went abroad that i realized that there really is no place like home... :)
