I did watch some episodes of Keroro Gunsou. However, I had only watched more of the earlier episodes, so I'm not very sure if Sparta is a new character in Keroro Gunsou? From this, it looks as though as Sparta is introducing himself... Is he another alien character?

Well, this is really a very interesting and meaningful conversation about trust and apathy... I must say I do learn something out of this conversation they have too. Thank you for sharing this link.
