I don't think so. I guess the only thing that myLot admin would do is to delete the response which contain prohibited link. Don't worry too much.

If the link your respondent posted was relevant to the discussion, then it's actually a contribution to the discussion so there's no bad case on that. However, if it's a referral link, then I suggest you report that certain response (the ! button :P). It's easier if you report it so they'd delete that one response - if someone else reports it for you, you might get your whole discussion deleted.
