I love going camping, fishing, cookouts with family, friends and spending time in nature. I like to find nature trails to hike along and look at the foilage along the way. I look forward to summer for the warm weather to do these things in. what does summer mean for you? what do you find enjoyable this time of year?

When I think of summer I think about fresh food from the garden. I think about picnics with my family. I think about warm weather and cool breezes. I think about campouts, and Bbqs. I love spring and summer. Fall reminds me that winter is just around the corner and I hate winter.

I don't think anything beats family time together and campouts. Thanks for the post.

Hi there - summertime for me is being able to walk in the mountains with my husband and black labrador, Louis. We walk for hours on end, taking time for Louis to swim in the lakes and ponds we find along the way. With stunning scenery, different with every turn, I can't think of many better places to spend my time.
Whatever you do with your summer, enjoy it!

Summer time means getting a summer job, having an ice cream party at my friends' house, going to the beach with my family, going on road trips with my friends. THis is the moment where I can wear my wide-brimmed hats and sunglasses.

I have to say that summertime is my most favorite time of the year and I always think of ice cream myself. Thanks for your response

Summertime to me means "it's time to enjoy and relax" and "it's my turn" hehehe ^^
Summer is the time where I can do all the things I want such as I can watch telly as much as I want, I can surf the net until I get sleepy and tired, I can study all the things I'm interested to learn (photoshop , auto cad, logo making, web designing and etc; which makes me interested). I can go where I want whenever I want to. And summertime is a great break from school problems and activities ecklaboosh hehehe ",

I think summer should be the time off for everyone to go out and enjoy the beautiful weather and the fun things to do, I guess I will just have to wait for retirement to enjoy summer that way. Thanks for your response. :)
