I loved fairy tales when I was a child and I often read the fairy tales by Hans Christian Andersen and the fairy tales by the Grimm brothers. I loved the "Sleeping beauty", "Cindarella", "Hansel and Gretel", "The princess and the pea", "The emperor's new clothes" etc and I have read them many, many times. I also liked the books by Astrid Lindgren very much especially "Pippi longstocking", "Madicken", "Karlsson on the roof" and "Emil of Lönneberga".

I don't remember any particular books from childhood. I do remember some favorites that I used to read to my children. We really enjoyed Harold and the Purple Crayon, Willie Found a Wallet, and If You Give A Mouse A Cookie. We read tons of books together but these are some of the ones that stuck with us!
