can you help where can i make a blog that can pay me for what i do. The one that can be trusted and proven. If possible user friendly, any suggestion can be.

Are you a newbie it terms of making money online. Everybody goes to that part of a bloggers life so dont worry that. As far as my blogging experience is made, i cant say im in the state of making money on my blog, not just yet. Could you please be more specific on what you are looking for? Do you want to write articles for other blogs? Well, I don't want to offend but I don't think you should aim for an English blog considering your English level, no offence. So you'd better go for a blog in your native language. Same goes for when you want to make your own blog.
In case you want to make your own blog you need to look for a profitable not too popular niche. Don't start in the earning money online niche, since the competition is very stiff.

Pretty discouraging one...
I think he should get a chance to blog. If he has problems in English, he can ask for help. There are many people in mylot who can review for mistakes and correct him. And old mylot members are really helpful, they regard the new members like their own family and help them in anyway.
You are new here too. That's why you don't get the point. Don't worry, you can experience the support too..
