Here is a good news for mylotters from India. Those who are facing problem to verify their Paypal account can do now by spending Rs.250/-. I have verified my Paypal account tonight. A member of differnt site is offering this facility at a cost of Rs.250/-. If you like it just pm me, I shall give the name of the site.

Those day are gone when Paypal was accepting HDFC Net Safe Card(VCC), Now Paypal Don't Accept it any more, Now it is Showing a Error message as "We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card.", So the problem with PayPal Verification is still Remain as a Problem only.

To make our paypal account verified my must have cradit cards from our bank account or can be verified by vcc. Only those ways that can make our paypal account from unerified became verified. There is alot of site that provide vcc. Is your vcc has expired and how long? And I am not from india, How much Rs.250/- in $ US?

In India many people have no credit card. The banks are offering credit cards in major cities. And HDFC Bank is the only bank taht is offering VCC. Moreoer it has very limited branch network. If we wish we could not get the facility of VCC. Rs. 250/- = $5 to $5.50 (approx).
