South Korean's Former President committed suicide

I was having dinner with my korean husband and his friends when the news reported this sad and tragic story.. He killed himself because of depression.. and because he feel so ashamed of the corruption scandals threw unto him.Nobody helped him, even the people around him... If you will be given a chance to be an adviser to the president in your country, How would you help the president in coping up with his depression, so he will not think about committing any suicide?
