Brainstorming trying to verify my paypal account!

Two months now that i am working as a blogger only and making quite good money with it. But the problem is, I was not able to verify my paypal account yet to be able to get my money. I have a payoneer debit card but to be able to verify paypal with it I need funds on it and can´t find a way to load funds on it. Last night a friend of mine sent me a payment through his credit card but today it appeared that the payment was rejected by payoneer (amazing cause yesterday my friend received an email saying it was approved and would be in my debit card in 24/48 hours. Any of you guys have an idea on how to load funds to payoneer or if there is any other debit card, any other possibility for foreigners to verify paypal. I need to eat and pay my bills!!!

Maybe you need to wait the full 48 hours and see what happens. Also you should get in touch with the customer service department for payoneer.

That´s difficult because my name is dirty here in my country because of something I bought, got unemployed and couldn´t pay for.

Well, it is not how its done. You should know, that for u able to load money to your payoneer, you must 1st be active affiliate in your payoneer's partner where u 1st registered your payoneer.
Every partner's had their own minimum requirement, of how much you initially must earn from them, before you can start loading money to your payoneer urself. For example, one partner require min $2. That won't be hard to gain, right?;)
There is also other option for non US citizen to be able to verify their paypal. I wrote it down in my blog: blog4yourmoney[dot]com. But ofcourse payoneer is the only one that giving away free prepaid mastercard, even with no single charge to deliver it to your home address.
Btw, having good money for only blogging for 2 months, that is quite an achievement. You should share that in here! :)
