What is the Fisher's exact test? I'm learning statistics. Yestoday I meet a test question Fisher's exact test is an exact test for categorical data. It is said that the test statistic is hypergeomotric distribution. Why is it a hypergeometric but
not binorm distribution? Thank you for you help!
