Do you wear spects, Is your number increasing?

Dont you think by addicting to the computer screeen for so long a time it leads to deterioration of the eyesight number, its very curious thing and I have personally felt that the light and radiation emitted by the screen is very bad and it may lead to deterioration of my eyesight, What do you say about this problem?

That's terrible thing to me.When I am at college, my spect number keeps increasing, and I am very sad, but I have to reading many books to finish my lessons, But now, when I work at office, I have to spending much time in front of computer screen, my eyes hurt, my opnion is: do an hour work, then go outside for a little rest, then come back, I think this will be better for eyes.
