How can I know if my Adsense account has not been banned? I mean there were cases of banning accounts for no fault of the holders? And yes, does Adsense pay by page views? I find no increase in my earnings for so many days now. Why is it so?

You will know when you log in if your account has been banned, because you won't be able to get to the rest of the account.
