How do i make online purchase i dont have verified paypal account

Unfortunately, PayPal system will not let you use your funds - even if you have positive balance or money in your PayPal account - if you do not have a Bank Account or Credit/Debit Card. I think they want you to verify your identity first by adding your financial information before they will allow you to use your funds. If you do not have these information, you can fax some documents to them so you can request for a check.

I never heard that only verified paypal user can make purchase.I think you can try in ebay or others.I hope you dont need to get verified for it.If they accept only verified account then it will be written in there otherwise you can continue with unverified.
