have you ever lied to your parents to do something....

I try not to lie to my parents. I did when I was younger, obviously, but by the time I was 8 I rarely lied to them about anything. I never really needed to. I told them the truth and they simply accepted it and everything was fine. My mother, mainly, was pretty open about whatever I told her. We're very similar, so whatever I do she's done before, too, so she understands...lol.
