if you were shopping on line, what is the most important thing that you may care?Products price, quality, delivery time, return policy,or something else?
If one shop failed to deliver your goods in time, will you forgive them?

All of the above matters to me, since I am a chronic online shopper. Once a shop failed to deliver the products to my satisfation, I don't forgive easily. Besides, there are a lot of shops out there! I can't afford risking my money and time, to a shop who doesn't value their customers that much.

I may consider their reasons, but then again, if I can buy with ease on other shops, why stick to one which may take long to arrive? Besides, there are many shops out there...many options to choose one. So, one cause of delay is enough for me. Right now, I keep favorite sellers in a list, that way, I only shop to those I have tested that can deliver the products to my satisfaction.

Since I'm usually good on searching for the best price with good product quality online for particular items, i usually care a lot about the return policy. If the product turned out to be overpriced for its quality I most likely tend to return the item so I always check if the store has 30-day return policy. I cringe when online stores only have 7-day money back return policy. I think it's absurd since free shipping usually take 5-9 business days. Delivery is not so much of importance to me since there are options on check out page whether a buyer wants free shipping or pay more to upgrade delivery. If delivery on time fails I think I could forgive provided that I'd be given some credits, coupons, and a very polite apology.
