Artificial contraceptives

Why does the Catholic Church oppose the usage of artificial contraceptives. I don't know if they do that is other countries or is it just here? They are telling people it is bad.
How will the poor and uneducated survive if they have many children? I think it will be better if they oppose on the usage of contraceptives they should be the one to take care of the children that the family cannot support. What do you think?

True. The Catholic Church only claims that having child is blessed but refuses to give out any concret solution poverty due to the excessive growing of population.They are telling you it's bad but they won't be responsable for what they're talking as, ye, they won't suffer.
