Would you rather be "good-looking but poor", or "ugly and rich"?

I was really wondering whether or not to give up my looks just to be rich, or stay good-looking but broke.. Haha! Just kidding... You know what, i tried this question with my friends and their answers surprised me. So come on guys, give me your reactions and let's have some fun...
But seriously, which would you prefer? "To be somebody who is broke but looks like heaven" or "to be Rich but looks like hell"? :-)

Calyxus,
Appearance doesn't matter much. We can alter our looks quite easily if we can afford it. There's even a lot we can do if we're broke. I'd rather be rich, but I haven't experienced that blessed state!

It's a great concept. So often we get what we expect when we expect the worst. Why not the best?
Actually, when I chose to be a teacher, I knew I'd have a hard time financially, especially here in Miami. I love what I do too much to be concerned abut the income being so small.

Wow! I salute you... I always had high regards for teachers because of the nature of their work.
As you said, teachers got a smaller pay in contrast to the amount of work that they put in teaching those kids, especially the brats. LOL
Therefore, I can say that if you really love what you are doing, you just don't care about the pay or anything else but you just keep on doing what makes you happy...

Oh, thanks for the insight... But you know, a lot of people want to be rich to change their looks...
But one thing, if you really wanna be rich, try first to be optimistic about it, as they all say, it starts with the mindset, you have to think "rich".. ok? ^_^
