Which Season in your Country? Its summer here now.

It's just starting into summer in the US. It's very humid today in the midwest and warm. We live in Missouri and the humidity is always very high which makes it hard to breathe if outside for long periods of time. Also makes it feel hotter than it actually is when the humidity is high. Won't be long and it will be terribly hot here. It's in the 70's this morning.

The heat here in India is indeed terrible and am just waiting for the rains just now. It is not that I am too fond of the rains but the weather then will cool down a bit. I have heard that it has started raining in some parts of South India so the rains should be here in our city soon.

Here in the United States living in New Mexico its still Springtime but we have had temperature already up to 88 degrees. We have now had 3 days of rain on and off. Summer for us starts officially on June 21st. Have a great summer in India.

We are approaching winter here in Chile. It has been an uncommon autumn: no rain at all. As I´m tring to be frugal, I´m hoping for rain for my plants but so far there has been none. It hasn´t been as cold as it is usual at this time of the year either. So I´m saving on gas and spending more on water. I like warm weather. Cold doesn´t go well with my joints. Where I live winters are milder than in many parts of the world, not going over water freezing temperature (0ºC) for more that a couple of hours in a week in the middle of winter. But on the other hand, most of us don´t have central heating so it´s one thing for the othe. happy posting

Its just coming into the summer here and at the moment the heat isnt unbearable but soon it will be.

Hi there. Here in the French Alps it is still springtime, although with temperatures having soared to 36C today, it feels like summertime. The cows and sheep are all now being returned to their high summer pastures, a sure sign that the bad weather is gone for the immediate future. Apparently it is going to be cooler on Tuesday - that will be a relief, as only last week it was still cold and wet here - the heat has come all of a sudden and acclimatising has been difficult. Still, I for one am not complaining - I love to walk in the mountains in the summer with my husband and black labrador, Louis. And swimming in the lake at Annecy is also a big bonus in the hot weather! Whatever your season, I hope you get some enjoyment out of it!
