Do you think that playing a video game is a waste of time and that you can always find some other form of recreation other then just staring at a TV screen for hours on end?
and does it depend on the game that you are playing, or whether you are playing it with friends, or you just don't have anything better to do with your time?

I think playing a video game is a waste of time if you give all your time with it and doing nothing productive in a day. Those video games were created to give us a form of relaxation. So I suggest to divide your time properly and never waste it for just playing video games.

i find that they are a a bit of a waste of time... but I love doing them.... and now with these games that use physical movement for the games, make it so that they are good for hand eye cordination.. but also gives some physical education that they might not get otherwise...

video games are a waste of time if one is prioritising it over important issues. if played for hours together then again it is waste of time. for the purpose of recreation is one plays video games then it is not a waste of time because there should be time for entertainment. video games have their merits too. while playing these games the reflexes of the person improves. the person becomes more alert. in a way its a development of the brain.

I think that video games are just an activity, some people like to play them. And naturally some don't. A bit like sports some play football/soccer and some people play golf.
It's to do with a persons interests, and personality that brings you to games and game consoles.
