Did you know that vitamin D helps to transport Calcium across your gut to the rest of your body? The easiest way of ensuring that you have sufficient of this very important vitamin is easy - just spend 15 - 20 minutes in the sunshine, two to three times a week! Always trying to find little ways of helping you improve your health!! Obviously, you should take the usual precautions against sunburn etc.
If you are unfortunate, and don't live in a sunny region, then you should try to eat a vitamin D-fortified diet including such foods a cereals and soya milk.
Go on, indulge yourself in the sun!!!

I think milk and sunshine are your best ways of ensuring that you get enough vitamin D. It is pleasant to spend time in the sun and if you are working at doing that several minutes per day you should be able to get the vitamin D that you need. You need to set your sights on getting that sun exposure and you should be able to get the vitamin D that you need.
