does anyone know how much you get payed per post

I am really new at this and i am just wondering how much you get payed to post a new discussion, or reply on one?

There is no set amount. What counts at MyLot is 'quality'. The more quality you produce, the better you do. Some say that there is a formula (of more than four lines or something like that) but, in fact, you can't define quality by the number of words. We are not allowed to speculate on the exact nature of the way it works (read the Guidelines to see why) but it certainly does work ... you will find that those who contribute in the most meaningful way are the most satisfied.
It takes a while to find out the secret but start by reading the Guidelines carefully (and following them) and also the FAQs - especially under the heading of 'Earnings'.

Presumably, Shandge, MyLot do (though we don't know how - I'm certain it's much more sophisticated than a simple word count, though). Also, users' votes (using the '+' link by every discussion and response) probably have an effect.
