Tasks do not work!!!

i tried completing one of the tasks i got... but i tried a lot and did what they were saying some 10 times and still the task didnt get completed...i gave up...has anyone completed tasks and got paid for it ??

Hello, encounterking! Well, it works, I earned from it. To complete the task, just follow the direction carefully. Are you talking about the research task? That was easy to complete. Maybe it's only your first time doing tasks so do not give up, just keep on trying and you will earn a lot from it. Happy mylotting!

yea one was a writing task...the other was, i was required to login to a site with some username and password but that thing refused to login into that site with password given..even with the writing task iwas given an unknown acronym to start writing on!! wtf!!

I don't think that he's talking about the research task. Because research task is so easy. I even got approved 3 times even though I end up with none result.
So this guy must be talking about writing tasks. I've submitted 4 writing task already but none of them got approved. Whatever it is, don't give up!

Im starting to think this is bull.
I havent been on for a while and i dont have anymoney anymore
it just disappeared
I cant remember how long it was since my last login'
but it wasnt over 4 months.

Maybe before you join ANY site you should be aware of the TermsofUse.
In the FAQs it states:
[i]'I haven’t posted anything on myLot for several months. I logged into my account today and my earnings are missing what happened to them?
Our terms of use state that if you don’t login to your account at least once over a 90 day/3 month consecutive period of time your earnings are forfeited. Please remember to login at least once every 90 days. You don’t need to post any new discussions or respond to discussions, you just need to login to your account so that we know your account has not gone idle.'[/i]

Each one of us is free to think whatever we like but if things go 'wrong' here it is usually because we are not familiar with how things work.

I took a peep at your profile Aniqua - according to MyLot, it was 7 months ago you last logged on. Perhaps some of your newer posts got deleted? If you've only posted a few times, then someone violating the rules and getting their discussion deleted (one you've replied to, not one you've created) will delete everyone's earnings for that post as well as their own.
You can easily lose a couple of dollars here if that happens a lot.

yes aniqua that happens a lot...i lost around 5$ i hadnt read the terms of use..make it a point to login every few days..besides that i think this is fun!!

Tasks do work. I have completed 265 tasks to date and could have done at least two to three times as many probably more. My rejection rate is around 7% now, it was higher in the beginning and I had a learning curve. You have to follow the directions carefully and do what they want, and show some talent doing it. This is not high school where 50% is a pass.
While one is not going to get rich doing tasks here or anywhere else, it certainly helped me reach payout each month and paid for a few burger and fries. I have slacked off doing a lot of tasks here, but still do a few as it is reasonably easy money if you do not mind working for cheap.
