You want to get rid of your back pains and flatten your tummy? Try this:
1. Sit on the floor and stretch out your legs in front of you.
2. Slowly touch your toes with fingers from both your hands without bending your knees. If you can't touch your toes, do what you can, but try to improve daily.
3. When you have touched your toes or trying to, remain in that position for 7 seconds. Then relax. Repeat for 10 rounds. There should be no strain on the shoulders and neck. Relax as you do this.
4. Don't be in a hurry to do this exercise. Enjoy it and do it leisurely. If possible, do it 3 times a day.

in my case, i feel the result immediately. i type on my keyboard the whole day and you can just imagine what back pain that gives. I just do the stretch and i feel marvelous! if the back pain is more than just muscle strain, it might need seeing a doctor. Some kidney problems start with back pains.
but i look at your pic and i don't think you have kidney trouble, friend!

Thanks for the great tip! I have back pain due to an accident I had about two months ago. I do go to therapy for it, but when I wake up in the morning the pain is really bad. :(

The have these zero gravity chairs available for as little as $30. My father and mother in law gave me one for my birthday after I would always fall asleep in theirs. It does awesome for lower back tightness and pain. Lay in it for twenty minutes and I am good. It kind of looks like a lounger that collapses.

I have to completely agree with lowlycook. So often, i will come home from work and be tired and stressed, and his method outlined above is what i use to completely un-stress and get loosened up. I also usually add an exercise when i lie on the side of the bed just hanging over it to get the blood flowing to my head, which after a long days work, feels fantastic!

Thanks for the advice.
I have been doing that, a little over a month now.
It is one of my yoga exercises.
I have been getting the feeling that my stomach is getting tighter.
I have not tried it 3 X a day. So, I will give it a try 3X a day.
It is an easy exercise, so thanks for suggesting it.
My back is feeling better too since I started the yoga.
But, when I don't do the exercises for a couple of days, my back hurts.
For me that is normal, seeing as my back is worn out. I had/have a hernia.
Was operated on 12 years ago. But, it came back a couple years back.
Take care.

Thanks for the reminder. I get so intent on working at the computer or doing yard work I forget to stretch the back muscles, then I end up unable to do much of anything for a day or two. I like this exercise because there's no strain on the neck and shoulders. I've tried doing crunches to tighten stomach muscles, but I end up with a literal pain in the neck.
