Astral Twin

Does any one kow of thier astral twin. I recived this email from an astrologer detailing on how to find my astral twin. An astral twin are those who are born at the same time, at the same degree's of latitude and longtitute. I dont really follow through these emails. but because i had'ne heard of an astral twin before i did some research.
Well, I have'nt found him yet, my astral twin i mean. Has anyone else any any better luck?

Hiya, I have met one, in that he was born within 10 minutes of me, same day, same year, yet different cities.
Although I have an interest in astrology, I have little idea as to what this phenomena represents, if I think about it, I guess it has to be deeply karmic, quite scary really!
If anyone has any more information on astro-twins or time twins, I would be very interested.
