Hi there Friends and Mylot Users.
I was texting and that sort of thing on my cellphone. Mum asked me "If you went to the Desert Island and could only take 3 things what would they be?" I really had to think hard for the answer cos I first said to her Dog, Water and Phone. In the end the Food and Water and Medicine got put under essentials and the choice was changed to an extra 1 thing other than the food, water and medicine. I changed the Dog to an I don't know cos there would be no way to have a dog survive on a deserted island surely.
So, If You got stuck on a deserted island what would U hope to have with You or take with U if you were going on holiday to a deserted island, just say you did do such a thing. Can U imagine what U would take or hope to have with you if you got stuck on a deserted island?

Hey there urbandekay.
Thanks for your response. Hopefully we don't ever get stuck on a deserted island in our whole life.

In a deserted island, I can get food there either from fruit the trees or seafood from the sea. I can also get water from the coconuts which is more healthy. So I decided to take three things with me:
1) Medicines
2) Swiss Knife
3) Diary
I choose to bring a diary with me so that I can take down notes or write something special that will happen next.

I love tropical islands with white sand and palm trees. To a desert island the essentials would be water, sunglasses and suncream. Lovely things to have on a non essential nature would be my camera, my notebook and a pen. Perhaps my tent should come so perhaps the notebook and pen could be one item. I would love to bring my snorkeling mask but water would be the most important thing I would need to survive. I would eat coconut and not much else.

Hi maximax8.
Thanks for your response.
I never really thought of a camera or notebook and/or pen.

I definitely need water, it is the most essential thing other than food. I would have to take food with me. I just don't want to be hunger, and I need to sustain my energy level to get out of desert island. Finally, a cellphone, or contact device might be helpful. Because I still want to get out of there.

Hey there clorissa123.
Thanks for your response.
It's so interesting what people have come up with so far. Food, Medicine and Water are already a given so ya.

Hmm, good question. I certainly wouldn't take my phone, as I think it's extremely unlikely that there would be reception on a desert island. So, taking food, drink and medicines as a given, I think I would go for:
1. Writing materials
2. A favourite book.
3. A blanket, to sit on, lie under, and to use as a flag in the hope of attracting the attention of any passing ships :-)
