It's a big thing to purchase house for people in China.
I don't know where do you live and which city you are in,but the house prices always are expensive.
So when you are going to buy a house, you should think of your family lived with you,of the job you take and the future you decided and so on.
If i were you,i prefer the small house.Because it can save much time to rest and so on.And if it can't meet your new need, you can sell it in high price.

I do understand what you talk about.
It's so difficult for us to make a decision at present in purchasing house.
My colleague and her hubby went to visit the house and the second-hand house every day since serval months ago,but until now, they didn't decide on it.
Hope that you get your own house quickly, sometimes,it's worth of waitting.

I think a small house would do for now. Is it a start-up home? A small one would be convenient. And then after a few years, if your family's gotten bigger and once you've saved more, you could eventually get a bigger house --- something where you could live til you retire.

Well, this is a major issue a lot of people face everyday when considering buying their first home. And especially around where I live due to the Gas prices, etc. it can be a challenge to decide what is best for sure. I think you main Goal is to decide what you can afford, apply for your Loan if you have not gotten one, and then start looking from there. You do not have to be too picky, but make sure what you choose will work for you. It can be a challenging but Fun time for sure.

To answer your question, i'd better to know your age and your family status. Do you have a baby? If your hosue in downtown, you will have the convenience of work, life and baby's education. (if you have a baby) I suggest you purchase the house in downtown. After several years, your savings will become more and your kid will leave home to go to school then you can buy the second house in suburb.

There is a lot to consider when you are buying a house. If you bought the house downtown you may be able to save money by walking to work, the store and schools. Or do you value your privacy more? What about the crime? Would you feel safe in one place more than the other? Keep in mind that when you buy a house you can always sell it if it doesn't meet your needs.

thanks for your responding,i agreed that the house i can always sell it if it doesn't meet my needs.so i will buy one which will be able to increase in value,so that it is not bad when i sell it.
