It occured to me today that I definitely have a preference for drinking at home. My husband and I go to the bar every week. I dont usually drink anything other than water. At home, though, it isnt hard to convince me to have a drink! I definitely prefer the comfort of my own home when I drink!
When I drink at home, there is no worries of getting home. I know that I will be safe because I dont have to drive. I also like how much cheaper it is. It is just too expensive to drink out all of the time!
Do you prefer to drink at home or out? If you drink out is it usually at a friend's house or at a restaurant or bar?

I definitely feel safer drinking at home because i can just drink drink and then fall asleep. I don't trust myself drinking out, i might get drunk and get into all kinds of trouble.

Yeah, I could definitely see that being a problem! Im glad that most of our friends agree that drinking at someone's house is far better! But most of our friends have a bunch of student loans and either credit card debt or a mortgage! So everyone is trying to save as much money as possible. I am definitely thankful for that!

i have tried drinking in my friends house, or in a bar. but by now, i prefer the comfort of my own home too. and with my hubby with me. its just way to expensive and a nerve wracking threat if i drink outside. i dont like the idea of being drunk and nobody i could count on to. at least i am safer at my house. thanks friend.

Both really, in the local bar with a couple of friends, or me and the missus drive into town and visit a couple of favorite haunts plus we have people over quite a lot.
My preference is sitting in front of the TV watching football or F1 with a long tall cold one
