Foloo.net pays!

I've joined so many PTC sites, seriously, my excel spreadsheet has about 78 rows of links. But the one site I've found that actually does pay is Foloo.net, I earn 1-2c per day, but the thing is, you've got an inbox, and then you've got a whole page of banners. On good days, there's at least 15 pages of banners; and then you've got your 'Contest Page' where you can get points. You can sell the points after you get around 200 of them, but I'm saving up all my points to get at least 1000, which is a higher selling price I believe. I have indeed been paid by Foloo.net, twice now, they use Paypal so it's good. I'm using Traffic Exchanges to get my links exposed, but because they use paypal, there's a 1 cent fee for masspay. That barely affects your payout, and seriously, why do you need only 1 cent more? For every 200 points you have, that's worth 1 cent; as soon as you break the 1000 point mark, every 1000 points is worth 10 cents.
