I was told that we shouldn't bath early in the morning right after we wake up. They said that it would harm our health, we need to at least rest for about half and hour or so before taking a bath after we wake up in the morning. Is that true?

Hi dear well , i heard same and it says that when wee are out of bed, our body temprature is differnt and we need to give it some time to adjust and normalize, and i think 1o mins are enough for it. But sure bathing daily and in morning is good habit and healthy practice Take care Zass

Who said that? And what bad side effect caused by it? For me, i don't think it is not has much correlation, because I usually do that everyday, from childhood until now & I don't feel any bad effect of it. The thing I ever heard of is about taking bath right after doing heavy exercise isn't good for health because our body metabolism is still in "hot" mode & need to sweat. When we do bath right after exercise makes our sweat doesn't come out perfectly, so that mean our body metabolism will be agitated.

A friend of mine told me something like what cupid said recently. When we wake up our body is still a little warm so we should let it rest for a while before taking a bath. And only the thing I heard before was just like what you said should bathe after exercise.

I did not know that bathing immediately after waking up in the morning is bad for health. This is the first time that I have heard this. I have my bath early in the morning after I finish my work and it is almost an hour or so after getting up.

Oh... is it true that this act will harm our health? Personally, I don't think so. It is a habit for me to take a bath immediately after I wake up in the morning. After the bath, I will feel much fresher for the start of a day. I have been doing this for years, so personally I don't think it is true.

I didn't heard about this! Is this true? Hmm...although I believe that taking a bath first thing in the morning will not harm your health. I think I would like to check and research this on the internet or ask my doctor about it. I still think that its good habit and good personal hygiene to take a bath as soon as you wake up.

I think there is nothing wrong in doing that. Across India people take bath as soon as they get up. Some even take bath in rivers and pools. As it is an age old culture, I do not think ot would be bad for health.

What I understand is that, if your body has higher temperature when you get up, give a longer time with your shower to give a good cool effect to the body. This makes the body feel good and start a new day. If your body temperature is high and you take a quick shower, there is a tendency that the body temperature will rise more after shower. Water is my healing therapy, you know!

Nope, Tropical countries like Philippines. They take a bath at morning before go to school and work. Other take a bath again when they back home. Koreans and some Americans took a bath at night. To feel good and sleep well. Philippines lots of water supply that's why always take a bathe 1-3 times a day.

Thanks Bradpete for sharing these information of yours. I agree with you taking bath in the morning before going to school or work makes us more awake and feeling fresh and taking a bath at night make us feel clean and could sleep well.
