Eating is to live, Life is not to eat.

I have already said something in my discussion "FOOD". Still I want say something here if one hasn't read that discussion. Some people may say, eating is fun, hobby, life, enjoy, bless, chance, luck, health or so... so... But I think eating is to live and sustain our life in healthy way. If some kinds of eating makes you fall sick, then you shouldn't prefer it. We live by eating, we shouldn't live for eating, coz, life is not to eat. Life is to show up your intelligency and give something to this world from your side. So, be care, to show up you intelligency and give something to this world from your side, at least you should be healthy, and that could be possible only by balance in diet, instead excess of eating. ok, I think I should leave some opinions for you people to write here as your opinion and dissatisfaction. I like foods and i like eating. I think i eat much but it is strange that i didn't put on weight since the day i graduated from college and my parents keep saying that i should eat more. I strongly believe when we are eating we need to be eating healthily.

There is nobody who don't like food, except in some reasonable condition. As you said you think that you eat much but your weight has no progress, and your parents still courage you to eat more. Friend just eating don't makes your weight and body. The items you eat, the schedule you eat, the reason you eat and the your review after you eat , all these are also remarkable factors that helps to make your body and weight. Like...... 1. The items you eat :- Proteins items :- gives the inner strength for your body and developes your mind. Flesh items :- makes up your body to build up and weigh. Green Items :- keeps your cells live, maintain naturality and keeps shining. 2. The schedule you eat :- Anytime when you find food and start eating won't be in your favour, instead you may meet dangerous problem. Better you schedule your time to eat and ignore everything infront of you, whatever is there if it's not time to eat in your schedule. But don't greed for what you have missed in those periods. 3. The reason you eat :- Yeah, you might be surprised by knowing this, the reason we eat may helpful for our body and health. Ofcourse, only the reason because we find food infront of us, and we start eating will really won't in our support. So make some special and meaningful reason to eat. As for example, you feel hunger, somebody request, it's party, today is gettogether.. so,.... so.... what happens in all these events will not let you to concentrate your mind in food, instead you start enjoying the moment, what will give you satisfaction of involvement. 4. Review after you eat :- Yeah, also the review after you eat will be more supportive for the effects we get from food. Always praise the food you have already finished, that was delicious and great to have such food. Never say anything wrong while having food. Always regret the cook for his cooking expertise. If you adopt this ideas, you see nomore than 1 month you will drastically find yourself being noticed by other persons.
