If the past has taught us anything, it is that every cause bringings effect-every action has consequence. This thought has been changed recently as i heared some of the certain persons did bad things but without any punishments.
I am wondering this: goods begets goos and evil leads to evil. Is that true?

Every action has a consequence. This is true but it does not mean that some actions will bring rewards and some will bring punishments, it just means that something will happen as a result of the action. There is no supernatural minder that judges whether an action is good or bad.

it's almost the same thing as "the law applies to all. otherwise, none at all".
