Yes, Jrychn, I always experience that. Stress is a vicious feeling that grips me every once in a while. I am a very good starter but when stress comes my way I get demotivated and most often than not I leave my projects undone. When I start working on something I don't want to stop until it's not finished even if it means missing my meal or breaking my back. Because if I stop I may not get back to it soon. I can't seem to balance things out for my own good.

Thanks for the reply. It is almost the same feeling that i'm feeling. I'm too will keep on continue my work once that i'm started. It is very hard for me when i want to start my work again. Sometimes i even feel depress out of nothing, it like there are a hole in the heart. Do you feel this too? do you usually do when you are stress and moody? any advice will be appreciate...

For me it depends on what is causing me stress and mood swing. Sometimes a fresh air or a hearty meal will change the mood back to normal. You know, eat something that you really like or are craving to make the brain produce endorphins that make you feel good.
Aside from food I also go to gym. Sometimes I don't feel like going but I drag myself and once I get on the exercise bike I get motivated to go on and it will affect my mood the whole day--I mean in a positive way.
