Will the traffic exchange sites help in getting new registrations for our programs really?Because most of us are surfing without considering the site and the its content. But I have registered with some of the programs when I saw while surfing and rarely I have got some registrations also but it is very low when compared to the number of visitors that our site is receiving. I feel this is enough and better than surfing some aurora sites as some of the traffic exchange sites also are paying more than what these aurora sites pay.

Which traffic exchange site are you talking about?
I have worked in Hit2Hit and Easyhits4u and I got 1000 unique hits with in the first month.
But I got 0 referrals and I could not promote even a single affiliate link to earn affiliate commissions. Angrily, I just deleted my blog.
Now I am currently working with a new blog that I will never submit to a Traffic Exchange site, as it is usual as per my past experience.

I think if we submit our blog, no one is caring in the traffic exchange sites. On the other hand, we may submit our referral links of our site. if we do so we are able to get some referrals as our blogs are not attractive as like the professional websites. now mostly I am submitting only my referral links to the traffic exchanges. Thanks for your response.

Traffic exchanges can and do work, youve just got to know how to use them. Instead of blogs or links, try using a splash page which should contain a link to the site you are promoting (obviously with your referral code in it).
Splash pages are really easy to create, there are various free utilities out there, that can help you with that. Try googling "free splash page software", Im sure you will find something to help you.
I aware of the rules here about putting in links, so I wont, but if you go to my profile page you will see (beneath my picture) a link to a blog that currently has a post about traffic exchanges, you might find it helpful.

Though I have heard of splash pages, I don't have any idea about them and of course I used to think those are very hard to create as like the websites. On seeing your response, I am having confidence about them and sure I will make a search about it and create more splash pages for my sites. Thanks for inducing me and for your response.
