Job or Family????????

I am very confused about this subject.Whenever I think with my brain ,i go with job...But when I think with heart I always teamup with family.I understand that job is very important for a person but all together family is more important than job.I dont underastand what will be the right choice...to earn more money or to earn a happy family?
