Yes, almost to everyone whom I know or I should be giving respect to. Almost EVERYONE I meet, I greet them with "Asalam 0e Alaikum".

I´m a "hi" person. And a tralker. I often talk to people I hardly know in the street, on buses. THey seem to like it. I feel we are very isolated in big cities and in great need of "HI"s Take care

Im not a very 'hi' person but depending on the circumstances, I do. for example with my workmates, I've made it a habit to go round and greet them all (they are not so many so it doesnt take long) before I start work. I find this to create a warm working atmosphere. My family and friends too, I say hi to them. But when it comes to just other people, many times I find myself simply smiling or nodding at them to be enough of a greeting.

I say Hi to people everyday. I also say goodbye. I try to be very socialable. Have a great day!

Hello All If I do not say Hi at at least say goodmorning, good afternoon, etc. As a manager it is important also to say Hello (or Good Morning) to the people who work for you since it makes it show that you care about their well being and goodbye at the end of the day. I knwo that it may not sound like a lot however it is very nice that the manager or boss takes time out of their day to say hello. Also I make it a habit of saying hello when walking in the park after work to exercise. It is simply amazing the see people "light up" and smile when you say hello. Not everyone always reply back however it still is good feeling for those who do. Which is most people

I usually have some type of greeting for pretty much every person I make eye contact with. It could be just a head nod, a "hello", or a "hey". I think it's always nice to acknowledge other people.

I dont see people everyday because i live out in the sticks. I think there are people who have more interactions with others on a daily basis than I have. I just think that is the way that life is. I think that there are opportunties to interact with people if you make them.

It depends on my mood actually. Sometimes i just nod my head while entering a building/elevator... I find it tiring to say hi to foreigners sometimes. But just a simple "hi" usually makes people happy or peaceful so i try to do it often.

I say hi to people i know everyday! but i do not often say hi to people that i do not know unless they are a elder
