How do you log in to ciao.com?

I have also received email notification from CIAO about this issue. Have tried to log-in and it is true that Philippines is one among those restricted countries. Based on their email, we can request the money we have on their account and they will send it. Have requested mine and still waiting response from CIAO. So sad that Philippines was included on the restricted countries.
