Watch the season as it goes or wait for DVD?

My wife and I like to watch the different TV shows on DVD when we can watch them back to back with no commercials. It is too much of a time commitment for us to reserve the same time week after week. Anyone else like this, or are we just crazy?

Your crazy, if it was a good enough show that I would want to buy the DVD for I would want to watch it as soon as possible and not have to wait for the DVD to come out. It is also part of the suspense watching them each week wanting to know what happens the next week.

We have the blockbuster thing where we get as many movies as we want for $20 a month, totally worth it. I am not good with waiting, even for X-mas. I always guessed my presents. My mom turned into a master of wrapping disguise.

I do both, but I do love watching them on DVD for the same reason. And you don't have to wait a week to watch the next episode. The only problem is if you are watching a show that is still on the air and you get caught up, you really have to wait! This happened to me with Heros, I watched he first two seasons on DVD and am still waiting for the 3rd season to come out on DVD. I did watch all of the seasons of The OC and have made it through Season 5 of the Sopranos.
