I'm bored and can't come up with anything to eat for lunch. Does anyone have an interesting recipe that I can cook up real quick.

I like to make turkey wraps with turkey, colby jack cheese, chopped up onion, cucumber, and tomato. I buy different flavored wraps to keep it interesting. I also like tuna, cheese and pickles on wasa crips, very satisfying crunch and filling.

Boil some ramen. Add garlic, cinnamon, ginger, and paprika. Enjoy.

Today, I had a wonderful steak salad and 1/2 of an asiago roast beef with cheddar cheese & horseradish sauce. It was remarkable delicious! I hope this gives you a new idea for lunch!

Scalloped Tomatoes & Corn Heat oven to 350 1 can tomatoes or 2 cups fresh stewed tomatoes 1 1/2 cups drained canned or frozen corn 1/2 onion (or more) minced 1 1/2 tblsp sugar 1/8 tsp pepper 3 tblsp melted butter 2 cups cubed stale bread or packaged bread cubes Butter the casserole dish, combine tomates & corn in it and add seasonings, stirring well. Pour melted butter over cubed bread and then put the buttered bread cubes on top of the tomato & corn mixure. Bake at 350 (uncovered) for about an hour. If you don't want to mess with the bread cubes, you can use bread crumbs, dry or buttered, but the cubes give good texture & some crunch.
